Sharing knowledge is very important at PayneGroup. We have a long history of authoring books, white papers, articles, courseware and more.
We have authored or co-authored numerous books on Microsoft Office including our best-selling Word for Law Firms series. In addition to our many published works, members of our publishing team regularly contribute articles to legal technology magazines, newsletters and other print and electronic media. Books
We had a tough time convincing publishers to take on our book, Word 97 for Law Firms. This book went on to be a best-seller for computer books. The series (Word 2002 for Law Firms, Word 2003 for Law Firms, Excel for Law Firms) is considered the best computer book for the legal vertical and is always used throughout other industries in spite of the title. We have more books up our sleeves and are working on a new release that will be published this year. We are excited to continue to share our knowledge.
Articles
We write regularly for several publications and Payne was a monthly contributor until recently to Law Technology News (Test Drive column). In the past year, Donna Payne, Shirley Gorman, Susan Horiuchi and Leah Matthews have all contributed articles to ILTA Peer to Peer magazine. Courseware
For a company that has authored 12 books, you would expect to find proficiency in delivering courseware that can be used in the classroom. Our licensable courseware is easy to read and digest and is available in electronic format so it can be stored on an Intranet or printed. Courseware is available for Microsoft Office 2010 or for earlier versions as well for all PayneGroup products
